Roof
replacement:
ARS installs all types
of asphalt shingles including 25, 30,
40-year and even lifetime warranty shingles.
We install three-tab (traditional),
architectural, and designer shingles.
We recommend GAF/Elk, Certainteed and Tamko,
but we can install products from any manufacturer.
We install standing-seam or screw down metal
roofing. We also install all types of
residential low slope roofing products for flat
residential roofs. We offer a full line of
ventilation and accessories to enhance the
appearance and durability of your roof.
Roof repairs:
ARS can repair almost any type of roof
including asphalt shingles, wood shakes, tile, slate and metal. We can repair
skylights, chimneys, valleys, any type flashing, missing or sliding shingles,
toe-board holes, storm damage, whatever the problem we can fix it!
Gutters:
ARS installs 5” & 6”
K-style aluminum gutters and downspouts.
All gutters are hung with screw-in hidden
hangers. We also install copper and
half round gutters. We offer several
types of gutter covers including screens, Hallet covers, Robertson covers and the
premier ARS Lifetime cover with the lifetime
“no-clog” guarantee.
Carpentry:
ARS can handle any of
your carpentry needs whether rebuilding your
existing home or adding on a porch,
